Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at SriStyle. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds / Exchanges

1. Time limit
   To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must notify us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.

2. Condition of the item

   • The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

   • It should be returned in the same condition in which you received it (including all accessories, freebies, manuals, and packaging).

   • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts.

3. Non-refundable / non-exchangeable items
   Some types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded. These may include (but are not limited to):

   • Items that have been personalized, custom-made, or altered to your specifications

   • Perishable goods (if any)

   • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase

   • Gift cards

2. How to Request a Refund / Exchange

1. Contact our support team via email at sristylein@gmail.com (or the contact address you prefer) with your order number, a description of the reason for refund, and photos (if applicable).

2. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

3. If your request is approved, we will send you instructions for returning the item to us.

3. Return Shipping & Costs

• You (the customer) will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective item, wrong item shipped, etc.).

• We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance — we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing

• Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 – 14 business days.

• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as:

• Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

• Orders placed during a promotional discount or sale with special terms

• Minor wear and tear beyond acceptable limits

6. Exchanges (If Applicable)

• If you want to exchange an item (for example, a different size or color), you must still return the original item under the terms above.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange by shipping the new item to you (subject to availability).

• You may be responsible for paying the shipping cost difference (if any).

7. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement.

• If you still don’t see it, contact your payment provider — it may take several days before your refund is officially posted.

• If you’ve done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sristylein@gmail.com and we’ll assist you.

8. Cancellations (Before Shipment)

• You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — you must instead follow the return/refund process once you receive the item.

9. Faulty or Damaged Items

• If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photographs showing the defect or damage.

• We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
